About Me

Sally Randall
I have always loved singing. Now I have made it my work!

I believe that group singing benefits all aspects of wellbeing, mind; body; spirit and connectedness. I love leading community singing for both its individual and community benefits.

I founded the Local Vocals Choir in 2012 in Wellsford, then began learning songleading skills in 2015 with LVC

Having relocated in late 2017 to Oamaru, I have formed Social Singing Oamaru. I’m currently applying for funding to be contracted by Age Concern as Songleader and administrator

I became an SLNA committee member in 2019.

Social Singing Oamaru
In 2018 I successfully applied for funding to launch Social Singing Oamaru (SSO) , leading 90 minutes Monday morning singing. SSO started singing in October 2018, and have four ten week terms a year. All comers social singing group with a culture of respect and acceptance. We sing seated in a circle and are accompanied by a professional guitarist. Singing for the fun of it!
