About Me

Kimberley Jones
Kimberley is a Registered Music Therapist who has a passion for singing, and a special interest in using voice in her music therapy work. Kimberley has enjoyed singing her whole life and has been involved in many musical groups including Tower New Zealand Youth Choir and Southern Opera.

Kimberley is currently specialising in working with adults with neurological conditions. She has a real drive to encourage people to use music, especially singing to assist in ‘finding their voice’ and helping with communication. Kimberley works with individuals and small groups privately and at St John of God, Halswell – a long term Rehabilitation service.

Kimberley is the song leader for the Cantabrainers choir along with a speech language therapist Susan McDonald. This Choir was founded by Therapy Professionals in 2012 and is for people with Neurological Conditions such as Parkinson’s, Stroke and Brain Injury.
