Clare is a musician, composer and educator. She teaches music in the community, which includes piano, marimba, ukulele, Orff Schulwerk and is music specialist at two local North Shore schools – Target Rd and Mairangi Bay.

Clare is a committee member of ONZA (Orff NZ Aotearoa) www.orffnz.org and organisers the annual Marimba Festival in Auckland. She is also on the NZ Ukulele Festival committee.

Clare composers music for C-Change, which has put out various resources for teachers and ukulele players. www.c-change.co.nz

Clare enjoys singing, playing and performing with North of Bombay ukulele group. She has a large number of adult ukulele pupils in her UkuBays groups.

Each year Clare organisers the Vaughan Park music weekend.
